  • 3 ½ cups cold whole milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 3.4 oz boxes French vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • ¼½ cup fresh raspberries
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Mini vegan marshmallows
  • 46 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
  • Crushed pistachios for moss

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant pudding mix until thickened.
  2. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or rolling pin until coarse crumbs form.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in the thickened pudding and then gently fold in the whipped cream.
  5. In a serving dish, layer crushed Oreos, half of the pudding mixture, more Oreos, and top with remaining pudding mixture followed by more crushed Oreos.
