Ingredients
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 4–5 ripe kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp honey (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into large chunks and blend until smooth to make about 2 cups of puree.
- Fill popsicle molds 3/4 full with the watermelon puree and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Peel and chop kiwis, blend until smooth, adding honey to taste for about 1 cup of kiwi puree.
- Pour the kiwi puree into the molds to fill them completely. Insert sticks and freeze until solid (about 4 hours).
- To remove popsicles, briefly soak molds in warm water until they release easily.
