Instructions

  3. In the same skillet at medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese (if using), honey (if using), and thyme; simmer for another 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce; simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
