Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temp

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a loaf or bundt pan.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well with each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture alternating with sour cream.
