Description

Enjoy a hearty plate of Steak, Cheesy Scrambled Eggs & Herb Potatoes that’s easy to make! Satisfy your cravings today with this delicious recipe!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for steak)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream
  • Avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (for topping potatoes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil or butter, then cook the steak for 3-5 minutes per side to desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until softly set; add shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Serve by arranging slices of steak alongside cheesy scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes. Garnish with sliced avocado if desired.
