  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • sesame oil
  • dark soy sauce
  • sugar
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef: In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry. Coat thinly sliced beef and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook udon noodles: Boil the noodles in water for 1-2 minutes until slightly loose; drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare sauce: Mix dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, water, and potato starch in a small bowl.
