- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing rice apple vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oil (any neutral oil)
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp with cornstarch, vinegar, salt, and oil; set aside.
- Mix sauce ingredients: oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
- Boil water in a pot, cook shrimp until pink; remove and set aside.
