- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil or olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and brown the ground beef. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In another pan over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic followed by chopped vegetables. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp; splash with soy sauce and toss.
