  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 oz red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in cocoa powder, sour cream, buttermilk, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the crust and bake for about 10 minutes at 325°F. Lower the temperature to 300°F and bake for an additional hour and 15 minutes.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool before removing from the pan. Chill before serving.
