Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
- 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a double layer of cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of cheddar in the center.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cheddar and cover it with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Gather the cling wrap around the mixture to form a ball; secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Remove rubber bands and cling wrap before topping with a bell pepper stem for decoration.
