  • 300 g Egg Noodles
  • 100 g Beansprouts
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (diced)
  • 4 Spring Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Oil (for frying)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili sauce, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat and fry beansprouts for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  3. Add chopped spring onions and diced garlic; stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in egg noodles and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the noodles; mix until evenly coated. Serve hot.
