- 300 g Egg Noodles
- 100 g Beansprouts
- 2 Garlic Cloves (diced)
- 4 Spring Onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oil (for frying)
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili sauce, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat and fry beansprouts for 1-2 minutes until softened.
- Add chopped spring onions and diced garlic; stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in egg noodles and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle the prepared sauce over the noodles; mix until evenly coated. Serve hot.
