  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour into the baking pan.
  3. Using the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and the remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in the oats.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peach filling and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around the edges.
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.
