Ingredients
- 2 packages of graham crackers
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
- In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers, half of the pudding mixture, more graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and finish with another layer of graham crackers.
