  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
  4. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers, half of the pudding mixture, more graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and finish with another layer of graham crackers.
  5. Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer and smooth it out.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
