  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Coat chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let heat; add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss cooked linguine into the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Serve with seared chicken on top; garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
