Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper

- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Coat chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and let heat; add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked linguine into the sauce until well-coated.
