  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream to wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Layer half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle with half the swirl mixture, top with remaining batter and swirl mixture.
  7. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
