Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 Korean red pepper (sliced)
  • 1 serrano pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Soft boil the eggs in salted water with vinegar for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs and cool them in an ice bath for 10 minutes before peeling.
  3. Combine soy sauce, water, honey, garlic, sliced peppers, and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.
  4. Place peeled eggs in an airtight container and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
