- 1/2 cup water

- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions
- Soft boil the eggs in salted water with vinegar for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove eggs and cool them in an ice bath for 10 minutes before peeling.
- Combine soy sauce, water, honey, garlic, sliced peppers, and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.
- Place peeled eggs in an airtight container and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
