  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  4. In a saucepan, combine raspberries with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water; cook until thickened.

  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes until set but slightly jiggly; let cool in the oven with the door cracked open for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours.
