  • 23 tbsp key lime juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, mixing well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time; mix thoroughly after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour and salt together; gradually incorporate into the batter.
  5. Stir in key lime juice, zest, vanilla extract, and food coloring if desired.
  6. Pour half the batter into the Bundt pan, add optional filling if using, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
