- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 maraschino cherries
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie layer by mixing melted butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar and vanilla followed by eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and heavy cream until combined.
