- 1 heaping cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons chai spice blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chai spice blend, and salt.
- Add cold butter cubes; pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, one egg, and egg yolk; chill in the freezer.
- Slowly add cream mixture to dry ingredients; pulse until dough forms.
- Shape dough into a disc and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough to desired thickness; cut into wedges or strips.
- Brush with reserved egg white before baking for 20–22 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, chai spice blend, vanilla extract, heavy cream, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
