Ingredients
- 1 lb yakisoba or linguine noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or mirin)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
