Instructions
- Decorate mini vegan marshmallows with ghost faces using edible markers and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine water, cocoa, and sugar. Microwave for about 40 seconds until warm; stir until smooth to create chocolate syrup.
- Add the plant-based milk and vanilla extract to the chocolate syrup; mix thoroughly.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave for about 60 seconds or until hot.
