- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- Green chilis, additional green onions, and black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, green onion, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Form small meatballs from the mixture and coat each in cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat; cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and drain excess fat.
- In the same pan, combine vegetable stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hoisin sauce; return meatballs to simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Prepare ramen according to package instructions and serve topped with meatballs and garnishes.
