  • 1 lb (500g) lobster tails (4 shell-on)
  • 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler to high.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top of each lobster shell towards the tail and remove the shell while keeping the meat attached.
  3. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and sprinkle cayenne pepper over them.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and mix in garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
  5. Drizzle half of the garlic butter over each tail and reserve some for dipping.
  6. Broil for 5–8 minutes until the meat is opaque and fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot with remaining garlic butter and lemon slices.
