Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) lobster tails (4 shell-on)
- 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven's broiler to high.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top of each lobster shell towards the tail and remove the shell while keeping the meat attached.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and sprinkle cayenne pepper over them.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and mix in garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
