  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional chili powder.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, and lemon juice; simmer until slightly thickened.
