- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Velveeta (cubed)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
