  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz can chili starter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 12 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 medium white onion, diced
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • 5 strips turkey bacon, cooked crispy and chopped (for topping)
  • 2 green onions, diced (for topping)
  • Frito's Scoops for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with cooked ground chicken until smooth. Add in the drained diced tomatoes, chili starter, spices, and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped turkey bacon on top; return to bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with diced green onions and serve warm with Frito's Scoops.
