- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
- 3 Large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 Large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus a little extra to go on top of batter)
- 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 loaf pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Stir in mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
