- ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups water or broth
- 200 grams fresh green beans, trimmed
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until clear, then combine it with water or broth in a pot; bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Cook for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, add chicken broth and simmer. Stir in heavy cream; cook until slightly thickened.
- Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for about 3–4 minutes; drain and rinse.
- Return chicken to the skillet to coat with sauce; serve over fluffy rice with green beans on the side.
