  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season sliced chicken with spices. Sear in olive oil on medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
  4. Toss cooked linguine in the sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency. Combine with sliced chicken.
