- 1/2 cup milk
- Seasoning: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft (3–4 minutes). Add spinach and cook until wilted (2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cottage cheese until combined.
- Fold in shredded cheese and the cooked vegetable mixture.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish and pour in the mixture evenly.
- Bake for about 40–45 minutes until golden brown on top and set in the center.
