  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 packages Yaki-Soba noodles (5.6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • Vegetable oil and sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and white pepper; set aside.
  2. Boil Yaki-Soba noodles in water for 1-2 minutes until loosened; drain well.
  3. Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; cook until tender (3-4 minutes). Stir in cabbage until heated through (about 2 minutes).
  4. Add cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet; mix well for about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately while hot.
