Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 2 packages Yaki-Soba noodles (5.6 ounces each)
- 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- Vegetable oil and sesame oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and white pepper; set aside.
- Boil Yaki-Soba noodles in water for 1-2 minutes until loosened; drain well.
- Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; cook until tender (3-4 minutes). Stir in cabbage until heated through (about 2 minutes).
- Add cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet; mix well for about 2 minutes.
