Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and prepare two greased loaf tins.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until combined.
- Fold in grated zucchini and 8 oz of chocolate chips.
- Divide batter between the prepared tins and top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
