Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- optional tsp red chili flakes
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Marinate sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili flakes (optional), and chicken stock to create the sauce.
- Stir-fry marinated chicken in a hot wok with vegetable oil until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same wok, sauté minced garlic then add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas; stir-fry until veggies are crisp-tender.
- Return the chicken to the wok, pour in the sauce, and stir until everything is well-coated and heated through.
