  • 1 ½ cups cherry preserves
  • Fresh cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine cooled espresso and amaretto.
  3. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the espresso mixture and arrange them in your dish.
  4. Layer half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the cherry preserves and fresh cherries.
  5. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and cherry layer.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight.
