Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix gently.
- Take about one tablespoon of the mixture, flatten it in your palm, place some cheddar cheese in the center, and fold the meat around it to form a ball.
- Place each ball on the baking sheet and brush with ketchup-mustard glaze.
