  • 5 packets Alpine spiced apple cider mix
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and apple cider mix until fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix into the butter mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in Kraft Caramel Bits and scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 3 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 11-12 minutes until lightly golden around edges. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
