Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and dry mason jars thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder; whisk until well mixed.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add egg whites, canola oil, milk, and vanilla to the creamed mixture; mix until blended.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in rainbow sprinkles gently.
- Spoon batter into prepared jars, filling each halfway, and bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For frosting: Beat together unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
