  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse zucchinis under cold water and pat dry. Trim ends and slice into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, coat zucchini slices with olive oil and toss.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning mix over zucchini and toss until evenly coated.
