Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free mellow white miso
  • 8 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons peeled and grated ginger
  • 1 scallion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon peeled and grated horseradish root
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil or coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium pot.
  2. While waiting, grate garlic, ginger, and horseradish into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  3. Once the water boils, pour in a bit into the bowl mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. Return the mixture to the pot, remove from heat, stir well, and serve hot.
